The Plevna project involves STA as lead Project Quantity Surveyors to manage and negotiate after previous Principal Contractor went into administration. The financial complications from the fall out, required extensive value engineering to bring the project back in line with being profitable. I have supported by completing measurements, carrying out market testing and attending client meetings.
