STA Consultancy Ltd, was appointed back in spring 2021 to carry out QS, PM and EA roles on this refurbishment. Millfield House has now been converted into ten luxury apartments. This is the Gemstone in the Millfield Park Development in Brentwood Essex.
Now the carefully renovated Millfield House has 10 individually designed one and two bedroom mansion apartments over three floors. They are all accessed through The Beautiful Grand Foyer and have two private parking spaces.
